Ladymeade Reference Unit (LRU) was opened in June 2002. It is a state-of-the-art facility which comprises multi-disciplinary Clinic, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Support Services. LRU forms part of the comprehensive programme for Prevention, Care, Treatment and Support. This facility offers services that are comparable to those provided in the developed world. LRU is a one-stop-shop. A new Personal Development Centre and Food Bank, currently under construction, will open in the near future.
